Our Philosophy

The Quest academy approach to executive training has been designed to fit the busy lives of our clients, i.e. senior and mid-tier managers while instilling rigour and in-depth consideration of the topics at hand. Always comprising a combination of theory and application we build a conceptual toolkit of relevant frameworks for each module that clients then master through a project driven pathway that ensures comprehension through practice.

Learning new ways to conceptualize strategic issues in a project-driven manner, our approach ascertains that the knowledge and learnings from our modules are directly transferable to the organizational context, where clients can bring strategic renewal to their roles, units and collaborative efforts. Our distinct competitive advantage lies in our dual representation as a training institute and consultancy firm, where our learnings are specifically geared to inform implementation of strategic renewal trajectories. Additional guidance can be readily sourced when modules have concluded.

Modules are typically taken over a five day period, which usually includes two weekends, where clients meet in a F2F setting. Most courses start with an one day hybrid session where relevant theory and frameworks are discussed through the use of relevant examples and cases. Clients then work in-depth on company relevant projects during the two weekends while implementing the new  concepts.

While we ensure academic rigour through our elaborate network of highly-cited scholars, we further complement the learning experience by inviting high profile practitioners to sessions, offering the best of both worlds to our clients.
